Illini Chill®

On Saturday, February 6, 2010, the Illini Chill® Ride took place. 12 riders gathered in the chilly air to make a bike ride to Royal, IL and back to St. Joseph. The riders started off the morning with a lumberjack breakfast, had hot chocolate at a halfway point and enjoyed a delicious spaghetti dinner upon their return to St. Joseph. Door prize drawings were held for prizes donated by local businesses. Plans are underway for Illini Chill® 2011. Check here for important information regarding the 2011 date.
