On Saturday, February 2, 2008, the Illini Chilltm Ride took place. Over 50 riders gathered in the chilly air to make a bike ride to Royal, IL and back to St. Joseph. The riders started off the morning with a lumberjack breakfast, had hot chocolate at a halfway point and enjoyed a delicious spaghetti dinner upon their return to St. Joseph.
